Shipping
How long will my order take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days, and transit is usually 5–8 business days after that. Most orders arrive within about two weeks of being placed. You get tracking by email as soon as it leaves us.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders over $99, and a flat $9.95 below that. Nothing else gets added at checkout.
Where do you ship?
The lower 48 states. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, or APO/FPO addresses — freight to those places costs more than most of our furniture. We don't ship internationally.
Las Vegas
Can I pick it up instead?
Yes, and it's free. Pickup is by appointment in the northwest valley. Choose it at checkout and we'll arrange a time — it's usually quicker than shipping.
Do you deliver locally?
We deliver across the Las Vegas valley for a flat fee based on how far you are from 89129. You see the exact fee before you pay, and it doesn't change afterwards.
Can you build it for me?
Yes, in Las Vegas. Assembly is priced per item by how long that piece actually takes to build, so a nine-drawer dresser costs more than a small nightstand — you're never charged one flat fee for a room full of furniture. Collect it already built, or we'll build it at your place.
When do I pay?
If you book delivery or assembly, you pay that fee up front and nothing else. It holds your slot and covers the trip, so it's non-refundable. The furniture itself is paid when you collect it or when we arrive.
Returns and problems
Can I return something?
Yes — within 30 days, in original condition and packaging, with free return shipping. Full terms are in our refund policy.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email photos to salesgoodsfurniture@gmail.com or call 702-812-4960 within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. Check the box when it arrives.
Is assembly hard?
Most pieces take 10–45 minutes with the tools and hardware included in the box. Each product page tells you what that particular item involves. If you'd rather not, see assembly above.
